The games above are NYO games that are indigenous to Alaska. Each of them has an historical significance, as well as a modern day twist. Your job is to get in groups of three and research ONEof these events. Learn about it, figure out HOW it is accomplished...

Next, you are to create a series of web pages (a website) that describes your event, both historically as well as modern-day, and also to show us how to do it. Find pictures of others doing it. Maybe take pictures of you doing it. If you need to, post pictures of equipment needed to do this event...

I also want you to list some numbers that others get doing this event. For example, if I were teaching you about the high jump, I would find the state record in Minnesota State High School history for both girls and boys, and list it...give us something to shoot for if we were doing this in class.
